… hold on, “players are unable to emote when flying through the air”?
Is that currently possible or is it supposed to be? Either way I have questions.

    Why would they not want the strider to telegraph its attacks?

    But, at the same time, it telegraphed its attacks? They’re probably my biggest cause of death at the moment because it seems like their rockets just appear in my face haha

      I think they meant it the other way, they’re not but they should (experiment for it to) be; either way, those patchnotes seem to be a bit ambiguous.
      It says those adjustments are currently being tested, but I’m pretty sure that nah.

    After so many iterations of “we’re listening to the players” they are finally getting it right. Game never felt so good. I’ve been going hard on elite dangerous so I haven’t played much, but every dive I have done has been thoroughly satisfying.

      Because emoting gave you gravity damage resistance for some reason and people were surviving crazy heights when emoting

        If they can fix that, the emote mid-air is prime silly antics and fits the playerbase, so it should stay in.

    Personally I like it when I step over a destroyed Rocket Devastator and am launched into oblivion across the map… happened 2x so far, next time I’m going to try and emote mod-air

      If it’s just that, then I guess it’s fine, every game has bugs… but there are so many occasions where just staying down after ragdolling can save me, but I can’t do that so I die.

      (they lied, I played after the update and I still stand up without any directional movement input)
