I’ve been working on this for a couple weeks now, if you’ve not seen it then it lets you search/filter communities and instances on all Lemmy instances.
Currently over 1k instances and 26k communities! We’re growing hella fast!

Very nice, now to figure out why under search in jerboa it can’t find some of these so I cam subscribe to them when I put in the full name.

The only stats I’m collecting are aggregated ones via AWS CloudFront - Still possible to see the clear uptick in requests!
Thank you so much for doing this. My biggest concern recently about federation is discovery. This has been immensely helpful already.
The List view option is completely garbled for me.
It’s not great on mobile, unfortunately. I made a fix so at least you should be able to see the community name/link. I have to refactor the list a bit as it was rushed in, and there will be improvements soon…
