Not a bad idea to splurge a bit on something fun every now and then to help with your mental health. Just not too often that it becomes a problem.

I think the most concerning thing would be the radiation that it would give off. Aside from that, I’m not really sure it there would be more than a possible spark as you mentioned, though it may also depend on the size of the atom.

There is a bit of a threshold between an innocent hobby and a cult, but once crossed, it’s… yeah…
I think they’re referring to how vehicle-centric planning for cities is more common (as opposed to walking or human-powered locomotion, like biking or skating)

Every year millions of fireworks are set off because of it. A good portion are by people that don’t know their ass from their head and either severely burn themselves/others, blow off a body part, or cause some sort of wildfire.

My camry can self-drive too, same outcome. (just off a cliff, rather than in front of a train)
For me it’s mostly from the unintentional overthinking, being inundated by the all the different ways to do something, then becoming overloaded and lost on where or how to start
Pretty sure he was based off of Hachiko. IIRC there’s even a statue of him at the station
