Die eine Aussage kommt von einer Institution die immer wieder lügt, scheinbar strukturell unfähig ist Fehler einzugestehen und wenn sie es doch einmal tun ihre Fehler maximal scheibchenweise eingestehen. Die andere Aussage kommt von einem Juristen der, zumindest meiner Erkenntnis nach, noch nicht durch Lügen und vertuschen aufgefallen ist. Ich weiß wem ich glaube.
