It started as johngray, like an alt to John doe, then I shortened to jgray (J. Gray) . I keep using jgray for signups instead and either some sites say that’s too short and/or forum members keep calling me jay so here I am
U can guess what 91 means
At the top of the page, I can feel there’s something different. It really felt weird to read.
But the more I read and scroll it somehow gets easier? Something like that.
But most of all I appreciate that there’s differentiation for all the potentially confusing situations that can and has been used for scams.
Time to try it more widely I suppose.
Interesting. Nothing much gleaned from teasers how this would play. And it’s cheap enough to blind buy it.
To have a title such as Speed Typing King sound like a psycho /s
A tangent, so that explains one of the colemak mods having the caps lock as a layer key and shift as the caps lock, but it’ll revert to lower case after a letter.
Old school vapers at least, ones that still roll their own coils and rewick their rebuildable atomizers, would almost always have a device that they have customized themselves, or gotten a very beautiful custom mod.
Also vaping is a bit different in that you could vape using a device akin to smoking, or you could be vaping up a storm cloud like a shisha or bing would, or anything in between.
It’s a personal thing. At least in the opinion if this vaper.
My bad. Didn’t know that. I have been using Thunder and Interstellar more than Sync.
Another option if you want: Sync for Lemmy.
Idk it doesn’t really feel different NGL
I haven’t been using both Lemmy and mbin that long, just lurking mostly
And for that I don’t have any problems
And the same way I used reddit, both I use for mobile. So apps make or break it. And the choice of Lemmy apps outshine the only app for mbin. Interstellar is good for mbin, but I just like thunder and sync more for myself.
I picked mbin for the combined threads posting like reddit and microblogging like twitter/masto but have to day I don’t try to take advantage of that
On the other hand I’m looking forward to piefed maturing more. Since they have multireddit / combined topic community feeds
I’m still confused how they are going to use the AP protocol on top if whatever they’re doing right now. I don’t follow them closely but I’m cautiously excited on what they’ll do tbf
I don’t like how that article doesn’t have a source, but I found this article with a source from Valve.
I’m looking forward to the Legion Go S because at least that’s a lot more likely to be sold officially in my country than the Steam Deck will. Also I think that more choice for officially supported Steam OS devices is on a whole good for consumers.
From what I understand, it’s a fork of kbin. when kbin dev went silent and didn’t trust anybody else to help them, a few other devs forked it.
Thunder. I used to use Sync for reddit before, and used it a bit for Lemmy. But I like thunder a bit more.
I also use Interstellar for mbin.
I wonder if this forum comparison to make people join lemmy/mbin/piefed is a better story to tell than the email comparison? Because that’s what made me realize I am fine being in the threadiverse instead of the email comparison. Lemmy is a bunch of forum sites than can talk with each other.
If you’re into headphones and related encoutrement, head-fi.org is still thriving.
