It tried to tell a story but skipped the entire second “book” between the two games, making it feel unfinished trilogy.
Then there’s the difficulty, easy was too easy, and normal was too hard. I shouldn’t have to choose between surviving 10+ hits (easy) or dying in 3-4 (normal). That’s not balance. And I don’t have the time to ‘git gud’ when the difficulty jump is this extreme.
Considering they already had to tweak difficulty in The Dark Ages, it looks like they’re still struggling to get the scaling right
I found wooden kebab skewers were better. Longer and stronger, can be shaved to the best point needed for each task.
You mean Apple’s copy of the open source standard Qi charging?
Oddly, reminds me of when Apple first pushed/forced HEIC on all of it’s users, without letting them know of course. Because of that, it caused thousands of students to fail their AP exams.

Many presidents receive gifts from foreign nationals (with congressional approval). The big difference is they always had to leave it when they were no longer the president (they go to the National Archive). Trump already declared that after he steps down, he will keep it for himself.

It’s an Isaac Asimov short story from 1958. Basic plot is that people have become so reliant on computers, they can’t do basic math or counting. It’s about what happens with mental decline with making machines do all the thinking. (There is more, and the link explains the story but I feel that I shouldn’t include spoilers, even for a 50+ year old story.
If you want, you can read the scans of the original here.
Also, Dad’s Nuke touched on this kind of subject with people having get together and they have to make their own food and come with things like Jalapeno Pie/Cake(?) and other interesting dishes which indicates that people are already losing the ability to do basic cooking.

There are tons of wiki’s, forums, reddits, lemmy instances, discords, etc… that are full of people asking for how to get specific software to work on Windows/etc… People still sit and read documentation all the time.
It’s like when the Republicans control the white house, congress, and the senate, Democrats can’t push any consequences because the republican majority just shoot it down.
Seriously, every attempt to impeach Trump, or block these things from happening just get thrown out because there is enough Republicans to vote against it. The US checks and balances weren’t designed to consider this amount of corruption would be voted in. In the end, this is what enough who voted for, wanted.

Rockstar was a PC gaming company before they went into consoles. GTA 1 and 2 were made for PC before being ported to console.
