I agree; silicon valley also did a great job with this imo.

I actually think throwing a lot of money into a bike isn’t a bad idea. They easily last a life time; and if having a really nice bike incentives one to use it more; it’s totally worth it. Whatever it takes to keep you out of a car is good in my eyes

I don’t think protected bike parking is too much of a hurdle. I also think the market for it will develop naturally; as more people use E-bikes.
I think E-Bikes are the answer. They are small, light, and safe like bikes; but can better accommodate running errands; when the errands are spread apart by miles.

yeah; I also use Pop!_OS and like it. I’m curious about the reasoning here
