I don’t like running during the day or late in the day. I want it for sure to be in the morning and before other people are out. I love being already up, it’s just a habit I still have to develop
Well, you could sleep early, say 2200, or an hour earlier. Important bit is 6 hrs of sleep is healthy, 4 hrs is really stretchy, anything less that 4 is a catastrophe to be unfold later.
I do run at 0500 every day for an hour. I often get sleepy two hrs later.
So, I ended up conditioning myself to have a half an hour power nap at 1500. Thankfully, my place of work respects this nap
