    Also isn’t there another news from UK right now mentioning a 79 y/o driver killing someone and not getting jail time?
    It’s not even surprising at this point sadly.     Wrong London as per below, my bad, still pretty fucked up

        Thanks, added a note… I read London, my mind goes to UK despite knowing there is one in Canada, and probably like 10 in US.
        In hindsight the km/h should have been a a dead giveaway for me.
