This is the co-defendant who also assaulted an FBI agent. He’s been denied bond, and is still in jail as a potential “a risk to commit additional felonies,” according to Judge Emily Richardson, and will remain there until his bond hearing on the other case with Judge Scott McAfee.

      He also doesn’t qualify for a public defender and can’t afford a lawyer. He’s going to have to defend against the biggest RICO case in history pro se.

      If he wasn’t such an idiot, I’d almost feel sorry for him.

        I’d hope that’s not the case, because that sounds like it would be a mistrial on appeal.

        Edit: they don’t need to provide one for a bail hearing I don’t think
