Super Mario RPG has my favorite music in the series, so I’m excited to hear it all remastered

This is one of my favorite games of all time that I am constantly going back and playing again.

Remember when Spyro Reignited was released and it was frame-for-frame accurate and your muscle memory and auditory cues could just take over?

My immediate response was “No fucking way!”, followed by “How much?” and “$60?? Dammit, I’m probably going to pay that.”
This was the one on the list that I am probably most initially hyped for, I loved this game as a kid!
Was not expecting this at all!
I wish it was a sequel instead of a remake but remakes are much easier for a business to justify.
Probably easier to justify a sequel now that they’ve made a remake though 👀

This is amazing. I never thought they’d remaster this game. I only knew about this game recently. Heard it was a cult classic that sat outside the mainstream despite being Mario in the 90s.
The original was also made during the peak era of Squaresoft at the time too so just that extra bit of lightning in a bottle this game sounded like.I’ve played a bit of it on a miyoo mini recently and really dug it. Super happy to see this piece of news!
