Since we’re just making up an emotion for the cloud to “feel” for the headline why does it have to be lonely? Why can’t it at least be horny or something?
Lonely can also mean, “without others of a simplest) similar kind,” so it’s not inaccurate.
Well then horny still probably applies, hey oh!
It can, but it is generally more emotionally charged than saying “lone” instead.
