I’ve been applying some of what I’ve read from How to Win Friends and Influence People, and it seems to work out a little bit. Though ADHD would rear it’s ugly head sometimes and I would slip from the impulsive tendency to keep something going way past when it should stop.

I’m going to see a play this week, which will be nice.
