My back is already fucked at 23, so as someone who often uses a backpack I probably need to buy that.
I also need to go back in time and tell 13yo me to not be so lazy and sort his backpack in the morning instead of carrying all the schoolbooks plus a laptop to school every day because that’s like half his weight and will leave you with back pain as an adult. But that’s another story.
Funny, but I see soo many kids walking to school with their worldly belongings in their back packs! Worse is they’re hanging soo low - at least get a hip strap. Life lessons I guess. In my day we had lockers in the school.
I don’t know anything about the current backpack “scene”, but I feel like whenever I see people on the Internet recommending a backpack they seem to be well over $50.
A sturdy backpack with good support for the back

Can’t back pain be fixed?
