I think the “no screenshots” rule is so that you don’t share your ticket with others via screenshot. In my experience it’s not strictly enforced though - if they can see that the ticket is valid and is yours, they’ll usually allow it.

Ist ein bisschen wie beim Thema Einwanderung. Die Union hat keinen Bock auf konstruktive Lösungen, also versucht sie es mit rechtswidrigen Grenzschließungen und Zurückweisungen. Wenn man dann als Linker darauf schimpft, heißt es, man würde die (durchaus existierenden) Probleme leugnen und hätte keine besseren Vorschläge.

Wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe, strebt dieses Volksbegehren einen Gesetzes-Volksentscheid an, d. h. die Bevölkerung würde direkt über die Gesetzesvorlage abstimmen (und diese bei einem positiven Entscheid rechtskräftig werden). Das ist anders als ein Beschluss-Volksentscheid, wie es z. B. “Deutsche Wohnen & Co. enteignen” war - der hat zwar eine Mehrheit bekommen, es hat den Berliner Senat aber schlicht nicht interessiert.

Ich vermute, dass die Regierung zwar auch bei einer erfolgreichen Abstimmung über “Berlin autofrei” nichts unversucht lassen würde, die Umsetzung zu sabotieren, aber rein rechtlich wären sie daran gebunden.
