I remember hearing about it years ago. Will check it out.

That’s what I thought. Wanted to check anyway. Guess I’ll check out some forums in the mean time.
Do we have any wetshaving communities on Lemmy yet or are they still only on Reddit?
I’d honestly be curious to see how that plays out. Every creator hosts their own content while strengthening and spreading the Peertube network.
I feel like that would quickly solidify it as a viable alternative.
I will pirate anything from them that looks even remotely interesting. But I’ve never given them a cent and I sure as hell never will.
This happened in August. It seems it’s been put back already.
Sounds pretty nice. Hope it’s as enjoyable as it looks.
I know it’s completely irrelevant here, but what keyboard is that in the background? The keycaps look really nice.
Linux Mint has already been suggested. I recommend the XFCE edition and adding the Chicago95 theme for a pretty close Windows95/98 look. That should be a reasonable starting point.
Yeah, I have no experience with that side of the series except that it’s less arcade-y than Horizon.
I agree. But, as I’ve gotten older I’ve realised that the cold gets slightly less fun. Still, fuck the heat.
This is a fair point, but these companies have enough money that they could set aside a small team that just tries new things. Whether the games succeed or fail shouldn’t matter. It should be a testing ground for finding new things to base a new IP around or just add to existing series or something.
The team should be allowed to take their time and just make something they’re passionate about and players should be able to get involved. Feedback should be taken seriously and used to improve what the team puts out.
I know this is an absolute pipe dream, but I wish companies would do this for the sake of keeping the business moving forward if not for the players.
I was thinking something similar, but AMD being a company, this is likely just cheaper and easier.
I’m guessing a sticker is easier and cheaper than printing a special box.
Motorsport or Horizon? Horizon 4 was my first exposure to the series and I thought it was pretty good.
I loved the concept of Carbon. I just wish it had the driving physics of Most Wanted before it. Carbon just felt terrible to me.
Fair enough. Just thought to mention it since they mentioned Zen being more private.
That’s a whole instance. Thanks for that. I probably never would have found that.
