Worked fine for me. Wasn’t paywalled.
Yeah, the time change always messes me up more than I think it should. I wish we would just stop it altogether.
Not anymore. Used to have both and deleted them as data mining and mishandling became more prevalent as the user experience declined. Now I’m only on Lemmy and barely on LinkedIn.
I decided to watch Arrival tonight. It’s great so far! I’m glad they captured the sense of awe and uncertainty well. I’m about halfway through (intermission now - taking a snack break).
This is making me want to go back and read them again. They seem like the kind of stories I might get even more out of the second time around.
“Liking What You See: A Documentary” really stuck with me. I think about it a lot when I see what people have done to themselves due to Hollywood, marketing, beauty industry, instagram, TikTok, etc.

I have a Saudi client who was renting a property in London, I think it was £100,000 a week. They booked it out for three months. They brought 60 of their staff from Saudi Arabia all the way over to the property. It was a family of three, and they only went for three days.

The “We Were Here” series.
Hello from Denver where it was 70 degrees yesterday, and is supposed to be 68 today. This ain’t right.
I feel like they’re lowkey body shaming. Or it was made by stoners.
Same. I think I got it on a spring break in Mexico. I vaguely remember quite a few people having them.
They’re pretty consistent about doing whatever benefits them most. Otherwise, nah.
New goal unlocked!
More of a spy novel series, but the Charlie Muffin books by Brian Freemantle.
