Disgustoid@startrek.websiteOPto cats@lemmy.world•Jack on his pillow of contemplationEnglish3·1 year agoI find it’s a total crapshoot with my guys. Sometimes a comfy cardboard box becomes their new favorite place to sleep, sometimes the cat bed or macaron will be the primo spot they’re both clamoring for.
It’s a cat thing that our puny human brains can’t comprehend.
Disgustoid@startrek.websiteOPto cats@lemmy.world•Jack on his pillow of contemplationEnglish20·1 year agoUnfortunately it’s not big enough for him and his BFF.
Check my post history. It’s an old picture of my cat.
Hahaha, nice one. You’re probably not wrong. I just choose to think it’s his concerned face and not his “WTF?!?” face.
Disgustoid@startrek.websiteto Games@lemmy.world•What did you think of Sea of Stars?English21·1 year agoAnyone who says Sea of Stars is in the same echelon as “classic” JRPGs clearly didn’t play all the way through SoS or has not played many classic JRPGs. SoS was an okay game for what it was but I honestly don’t remember much about it a couple of months after finishing it, whereas games like Lunar and Persona will always be cherished gaming memories for me.
No one will ever know as long as he doesn’t get up during the video conference call.
And so did his brother.
I don’t know if I want to see all of them at once(ish) or spread them out to enjoy them over a longer span.
Holy shit, I didn’t realize Car Talk with Martok was a whole series. Martok engaging in Darmok style conversation is amazing.
I’ve never played a game of D&D in my life but I’m happy to let my nerd flag flag because I fully understood these references.
Also whoever dreamed up “Car Talk with Martok” is a bloody genius.

They’re taking over! Jack seems to be a popular name for brown tabbies.

Netflix is just picking it up to stream on their service.
I know people have their issues with Netflix but I’m just relieved it’s not Peacock or some other service no one cares about.

Disgustoid@startrek.websiteto cats@lemmy.world•Sencha looking annoyed this morningEnglish1·2 years agoResting cat face doesn’t necessarily look angry, though. My guys both have the “there’s not a thought in this head” variation of resting cat face–one largely fits that assessment but the other would be an evil genius if we’re assigning human traits.

Assuming he doesn’t get offed in the season 3 premiere (ha!), I look forward to more comments and jokes about his hair from the main characters and any guest stars.
That’s such cat-like behavior. My guys do the same thing, hissing at each other one minute and acting completely snuggly with each other the next. I’d kill to be able to know what was going through their little walnut brains.
They definitely get catty over who gets other cat beds around the house but never the blue pillow which is Jack’s all the way.
