I’ve been procrastinating buying Satisfactory because I’m currently playing Oxygen Not Included (scientific space colony sim) and I only have room for one game to consume my life at a time.

People are more likely to accept an inherently flawed economic system if they thing they have any chance of “beating” it. Stories like this, although actually very rare, help reinforce that narrative.
Looks awesome. I love how vibrantly the reds and greens contrast.
Yep, my experience almost to a T! I consoled myself with the fact that he was kind of a bastard anyway.
Necktie…? Nickel…?
Dead by dawn! Dead by dawn!
Get ready for a great (and janky) time
Did the same thing with Dean, he’s tricky to check all the boxes for. I remember going through his final dialogue tree over and over to find a way, but no dice.
Split personality character, listed as “Dog/God” in the wiki. Dog is the half that is subservient and dumb, God is the half that is cold and calculating. The character’s questline has you helping one or the other take over fully, or helping reconcile them into a single personality. Pretty interesting one!
Not my favorite New Vegas DLC but a fun one with memorable characters. I did this one first and the ghosts were a royal pain to deal with. Dog helps though.
The more closed off an ecosystem is, the more volatile and prone to change it tends to be. Yeah, birds pooping seeds in an easily-accessible forest is fine, but what about organisms in the cave who may not have developed immune systems to fight foreign contaminants? It runs the same risk as when Europeans colonized America and their diseases, which they were evolved to withstand, ended up wiping out up to 90% of Native Americans.
For a video game, either Disco Elysium or Return of the Obra Dinn. Unforgettable first experiences that redefined what games are capable of in my mind.
It took me forever to get down from that radio dish with all the roboscorpions swarming it.
Love this game! Currently waiting on Build 42 to release so I can hop back in.
Great read, thanks! Would love to see more in the future as you play through stuff.
A PlayStation hack-n-slash from the late 90s called Medievil! First memory of life was walking into a lava pit over and over in the 2nd level. I go back and replay it every few years, speedran it for a while, and recently got the main character as an arm tattoo!
Every time I boot the game up, it’s this
Thanks for all the updates!
