  • Yeah, in those countries if you come out as lgbtq you’re done- and I mean done done.

One of those countries is even being routinely pinkwashed and praised by far-left American queer activists because they think it’s fighting western imperialist capitalist racist sexist homophobic transphobic xenophobic Amerikkka™ police Trump GOP fascists. People from that country have even been interviewed, they don’t want support from such people.

  • I await the day that catholic priests ACTUALLY grooming (and raping) little boys generates even a small fraction of the outrage from them and Gen Alpha as drag shows or putting pronouns in parentheses. First LGBTQ people all disrespect the US/veterans/etc. (when in reality they wear US flag merch on shorts and tank-tops), now we “run” it so now some of them want to show their patriotism by moving to Russia (which would be awesome, I’d pay for their travel there and maybe we could even swap them for all the gay rights activists Zey have unjustly imprisoned)

This is clearly a rhetorical question, OP just wants people to repeat back to them things they already agree with instead of real answers. I may despise Israel’s cruel treatment of West Bank Palestinians as much as the next guy, but at least the prisoners have (albeit only very slightly) better conditions than hostages whose lives could be immediately ended on a whim without due process if it pleases their captors. And many of the hostages aren’t even Israeli. And the prisoners were processed and convicted of a (if trumped-up) crime.

  • I’m vividly aware of that second one, as an atheist. On social media I’ve seen posts by atheists who were once Muslim, they told such depressing stories of hiding, of trying to save up to move to Western Europe or North America. Gays too, and for them it’s even harder since all it takes is hungrily eyeing one cute guy by mistake for the game to be up as they prepare to run. And in college I once met a gay from Saudi Arabia who quietly deconverted (became an atheist) from Islam and later escaped to the US using that university (hopefully he has citizenship, a green card or something), I once overheard him talking about how scared he felt around followers of his former faith.
