Can’t leave out that Trump not only was friends with McMahon, but went so far as to put his wife in his cabinet.
Yeah it’s true. The game originated in Sweden, and we have a lot of Swedish immigrants in Minnesota. It was originally called anka anka gråttanka, which translates to duck duck grey duck. Or that’s the story we tell here at least.
I’m about 75% done with The Bonfire of the Vanities by Tom Wolfe, and about 50% done with Anxious People by Fredrick Backman. I’m enjoying both more than I thought I would.
+1 for Snarky Puppy. Saw them live a few months back and they’re incredible. Somehow they still had the audience singing along, even without lyrics.
Polyphia is great as was already suggested. If you want to go heavier, try Animals as Leaders. If you want to go jazzier, try Snarky Puppy.
Halo 3, any of the older guitar hero or rock band games. Or OSRS.
A Head Full of Ghosts by Paul Tremblay, Things Have Gotten Worse Since We Last Spoke by Eric LaRocca, The Troop by Nick Cutter.
Great book!
Guitar hero back in the scorehero.com days was peak gaming.
Play any Gloomhaven? I’m in the process right now of resetting my game board to get a new group going and am super excited for it.
Great book! Still the only one of his that I’ve read. I should really pick up The Martian… Project Hail Mary felt to me like a better version of old Michael Crichton books.
I literally thought Palimpsest when I saw the title.
By FAR, the best reading experience I’ve ever had. This book is absolutely incredible. Nothing has ever even come close to HoL for me.
Loved this series, even if I felt lost at the end still. I have Borne and Dead Astronauts on my to read pile from Vandermeer now.
Finally finished Universal Harvester by John Darnielle after stalling out on it for exactly three months, sadly. Devouring Anxious People by Fredrick Backman now and loving it. Only 10 books in for the year, and falling way behind my goal.
+1 for OSRS
