2·1 year agoYou can technically bypass anything. Purpose of these type of laws is not catch all to access every single information under the sun. Real goal is make it so inconvenient and damaging to people material beings that 99.99% of the people rather give up their rights, data and freedom.
Patriot act requires them to do so. I am gonna guess they probably will unless they want to go to federal prison.

Nvidia literally refuted this argument and come out and say they don’t force devs to leave out FSR. DLSS workshop also includes tools for devs to put FSR and XeSS in their games along with DLSS.
Where as AMD responded with PR bullshit and fuckall.
