Good luck there. West Virginia may not be the last state but will probably be one of the last ones.

It really sucks because the state could use it so badly. Would help with the opioid epidemic, boost tax dolars, and promote tourism and recreation. But no they have to keep sucking that coal teat to literal death.

The bread maker we got when my fiancee and I moved in together has been the best purchase ever. Haven’t bought bread except like twice over the last couple years. Store bought bread just sucks now. Add in the feature that lets us throw everything in and have it wait until it will finish right when we get home and I don’t know why people ever buy bread.

Similarly, the stand mixer probably did the question op asked better. Makes making so many things so much faster and easier. Can put a couple lights off banana bread together and in the oven so quick now. Great for when I want to make merengue. And not having to hand kneed dough just makes those special things I make on occasion more a every now and then and not just for big special occasions.

It’s hard to find any site that just gives the recipe. The best article recipe sites will give you some history of the dish but I still hate it. Seriously who cares that you discovered the recipe while working 8 jobs to feed your 85 kids because your 10th babydaddy left you with only 2 crackers and a lint ball and now this is the only thing they will eat? The amount of times that that basically is what the story ends up being is just ridiculous.

On a related note, why is it so hard to give measurements in both imperial and metric? I really want to have bread recipes in grams, makes it so much easier to get repeatable results.
