Wouldn’t this be reverse nominative determinism?

I’m assuming you mean the super key that some operating systems decided to reuse under a different name.
And uh yes I did press it but why would I use an OS with such a bloated default config? Setting up Hyprland was fun :> (but I never did add that hotkey lol).
If I know I’ll have to talk to them again soon I’ll just awkwardly look away, hoping they figure it out themselves but other than that I try to be the exact same.
But what if want to set them gay?
Does nothing for me :>
Why would I need a LinkedIn hotkey?
What does that face mean?
I’ve tried a few times but it makes it harder to fall asleep. The most success I’ve had with it was when I was really tired and fell asleep watching a badly translated version of one of the original Star Wars films (empire strikes back?).
I mostly use Discord for a few group chats, unixporn (please post more of it to Lemmy :3 !unixporn@lemmy.world) and some BG3 stuff. If the group chats moved to Matrix+Jitsi or even some form of Signal (that is still foss and does not require a phone number, self-hosted if possible) I would barely use Discord.
Edit because somehow I missed the most relevant part: I already barely get memes or trolls so not too many changes there.
I pretty much only use Lemmy but also contact friends and share photos on a Nextcloud instance one of them kindly provided (I assume it isn’t federated though?).
I would really like to start using matrix but unless I host my own instance and get everything ready I’ll never be able to convince my friends to switch, though some of them are slowly getting fed up with discord too.
I’m confused. Are the last two panes meant to prove the second or contradict it? (The last two look like a distraction to me)
It’s clearly referring to Louis’ Nana. I can’t believe they’d miss the apostrophe.
I’ve not yet heard any claims on or outside Lemmy that it is a Reddit clone. The model of hosting forums/communities was never unique to Reddit as far as I know.
I’m curious what you’re willing to generally apply to “Hexbear folks” (I don’t think I’ve talked to many).
And Lemmy is totally an echo chamber most of the time (based on my experience, obviously mileage may vary) but it wasn’t intended to be that way unlike almost every commercial social media platform. I would assume this distinction is why people would be less likely to be willing to admit it.
They’ve caused a lot of damage though restricting access would likely help with that. (Things like this usually get quite a few downvotes in my experience tbh so maybe it goes both ways)
My pretty spontaneous solution compromise would be to legalize more things but keep them well regulated to avoid addiction and transition to similar regulations for already legal drugs. This seems like a solution that more people would be happy with. Obviously there would need to be help for people already addicted at least for drugs with similar withdrawal symptoms as alcohol.
Nooo…
Would you like help with something?
The ones I use are mostly too blunt :/
I have an i3 and a hyprland installation.
I like tiling wms but Wayland still has some annoying issues so I like having the more stable i3 installation on my main computer.
Yes but in one case the kernel gets to do it. Holding the power button on the computer bypasses this after 5s while the apple tablet needs a lot longer (it feels like at least 10s).
I remembered one a few days ago but there was a 3ish month gap to my last dream.
I find the way of expressing it a little excessive but completely understand the sentiment and based on some recent irl experiences I completely understand such an outburst.
And one oft them has helpful manuals, forums and possibly a wiki that can help.
