That’s weird. I had a g604 mouse that one of the side buttons fell off and I’d bought it from amazon a little over 2 years ago. Rep asked me for the serial and not receipt and basically replaced it as soon as he saw pictures of it. Maybe you got a rep that’s a dick. Try again?
