Right? Training data is an absurd blob of everything the algorithm can get its hands on. It’s like trying to assure that there’s no alcohol or coca-cola in a lake.
Yeah, waiting on Hades 1’s full release was easy since it was EGS exclusive for the entire early access phase. This one’s gonna be harder to dodge until it’s done.
Or the EGS phase was just glorified beta access like Hades.

The equivalents for Android, precompiled ReVanced APKs, are commonly used to spread malware. Following the instructions to patch the app yourself isn’t hard. Google taking down precompiled modded versions of YouTube but leaving patches and the the tools anybody can use to apply them is a neutral thing at worst.
Also I don’t see anyone in this thread glad that Google did this, aside from the first half of the joke / fakeout / pun post about IPA beer.
FighterZ is an actually good fighting game in the style of MvC or Street Fighter though, not the same 3d drivel with copy paste movesets and terrible game balance usually associated with anime tie-ins.
I use Paxmod instead. It supports multi-row tabs like old Tab Mix Plus.
Blue Dragon on Deck would be a dream.
Kingdom. It’s a pseudo-historical (most overarching plot points are actual things that happened in history, but the minutiae are very “anime”) manga about the Warring States Period in China. Comrades in arms, sick fight scenes, and war crimes galore. Over 700 chapters.
I use FLauncher, and the jellyfin for android TV app works great. You can cast with or without having the app installed but the remote is nice so I rarely use the casting feature for watching my locally hosted stuff. It’s just convenient for content on twitch or youtube.
The Walmart “onn.” has been perfect in my household. Dirt cheap at $20, degooglable, good remote (you can use an app to rebind the streaming service buttons to apps you actually use). Supports the Google cast protocol and also SmartTubeNext. No ads of any kind on the home screen, because I’m using a custom FOSS launcher.
I’ve seen them in the wild, I live in the bay area. They look worse than in the pictures. The brushed steel catches every speck of dirt and oil. It’s like they’re driving a damn crock-pot.
Which is why this flashcart is saying “don’t go online unless you’re using your own backups”. This cart spoofs the unique signature and such to the console. If you download mario kart 8 from a torrent and run it here, you’ll trip Nintendo’s copy detection. If you go to a gamestop and buy a used mario kart 8, then back it up to this thing and return the cart to the gamestop… Well one of two things happens.
1: Nintendo’s system is manually managed and Nintendo checks cartridge certs against a known dataset of pirated copies. You can now play pirated Mk8 online because of your valid cert that doesn’t match any known dumps.
2: Nintendo’s system is automated and will permanently ban anyone online with a given cert in two consoles at once. You can now play pirated Mk8 online until someone else goes to the gamestop, buys the cart you used, and tries to play online at the same time as you. Now you and the guy that bought the used game are perma’d.
Thanks for Priiloader! Still using it multiple times a week in 2023.
I love f4mi’s videos. They’re an absolute treasure and she’s clearly passionate about the Wii/DS era of gaming which was my own awakening point for modding the absolute christ out of every bit of tech I can get my hands on.
Pirate it. There’s no DRM. Buy it if you like it.
I thought RAID1 enabled faster reads too, because both drives have the complete file. Writes don’t get a speed bump ofc, since those are still bottlenecked by the slowest single drive in the array
Edmund McMillen’s (The Binding of Isaac, Super Meat Boy) upcoming game Mew-Genics seems right up your alley!
Well, there’s an oddly existential argument to be made that “funny” AI answers like this or adding a pot of Elmer’s Glue to pizza sauce to get the cheese to stick are valued. Simply because those are the posts I’ve seen from Google AI, and I’ve never touched the feature myself.
By letting a language “speaker” learn from Reddit and forums, we created an approximation of “that guy who thinks he’s a comedian” because that guy is always there and always drowns in upvotes. Clearly, he’s a valuable part of the discourse!
