The way I see it, patriotism is a gateway-philosophy to nationalism. At best I think it is unproductive and at worst it facilitates nationalism. In my native language there is no distinction between the concepts and last time it discussed in a non-negative light was during the Nazi occupation.

This depends on your goals and desires in life. I have been in long and short relationships and I have found that even the painful ends are usually worth it. Secondly, relationships need not end dramatically at all, most of my breakups have been amicable and civil.

What a horrible thing to happen. Was hear use of “rebuke” odd? Sure, but hardly threatening. I am very curious what the officer has to say in his defence, I do not see hos this could anything other than murder. Perhaps discussion of which degree, but surely murder and not manslaughter.

That is sort the point. Transgender people tend to just want be whatever they want gender-wise, which greatly offends some people. Other than that our language is gendered and many transgender people expect common curtisies, extended gender normative people, to also be extended to them. This being using their preferred pronouns.

The labels just help people talk about their gender and understand it better.

In Denmark it’s called Grade 0. 4-5 Grade 1-10. 6-15 Gymnasium (not sure why?) 15-18
