    Public road = need car registered… and everything else.

    If they just wanted to drive in circles on their private property, who cares.

    Maybe if the license plate had been at a 45 degree angle.

      You’re absolutely right.

      Farm trucks are absolutely a thing here. They ride around their farms mostly, and sometimes they’ll go half a mile up the street. That’s it. They’re not registered and no one gives a shit because they’re on private property.

        Yeah I can’t imagine the mental gymnastics of “I’m not paying for these roads, but also I should have the right to drive on them”
