I remember people arguing against russian people saying that they shouldn’t be allowed anywhere outside their country and if they are unhappy with it they should march to the cremlin. I’m gonna guess same goes for americans, right?
I would prefer that Americans to stay and fix their own country, yes.
But I also understand and sympathize with marginalized and vulnerable populations (including but not limited to: LGBT folks, racial minorities and women) wanting to move somewhere safer.
