      The first thing translates to:

      Admittedly, that doesn’t make really sense to me because why would calling them make them work faster?

        Or maybe also possible to interpret as “is ADHD diagnosis something you order in Germany?” - thus I changed to “treat ADHD”, else I don’t think it’d make sense in English
