652·25 days ago…you shouldn’t have to respond in home hours regardless. Any time you spend on work during your life outside of contract is them stealing your labour.
With the social climate of the time, there would just be another guy who would replace him. It’s a fallacy to think “fixing” the individual will solve social problems.
