    This happens, and it sucks for the parent and for the customer.

    I haven’t been to whataburger since i’ve been yelled by a parent behind the counter because their kid wouldn’t leave me the fuck alone and I had the audacity to be kind about it so obviously i’m a pedophile or something.

    This is the kind of thing I used to see under /r/upliftingnews on the other site, along with Americans failing to notice how dystopian it looks to the rest of the world.

      That might have been the main reason I left the other site. Wasn’t banned, wasn’t using apps, but one can only take so much of this being labeled r/wholesome or something before I had enough.

    If there was a village, couldn’t someone from the village watch the kid while she worked her shift? This is showing that it takes a village, but the village is missing.

    The real outrage is that this kid is observing people eating McDonalds slop and is at risk of learning that behavior.
