Taken today, in the Forest of Dean in the UK. Not the greatest photo, but it makes me very happy because the robin came up really close and I got to spend 5 minutes feeding it.

    Hah! Fat little fuckers over there, ain’t they!

    Now I’m sad thinking how long it’s been since I saw an American robin. We did see the remnants of an egret flock on the swamp today. And there was monster Blue Heron circling about.

      I see American Robins all the time. I would gladly trade them all for a single heron.
